Singapore｜Sin Min 23 coffee shop

The economy rice at this 23 hawker is great. The selection and price is the best I've seen for economy rice. I grabbed my favourite chicken rice from the 24 hawker which is on the other side of the building (facing this hawker, walk right and you will be at the 24 hawker). Total for 2 chicken rice and big plate of vegetables $9.50. See photo attached

Fried rice with pork cutlet is an absolute must try with their side chilli. Love the size of that cutlet. Place could be crowded due to seating arrangements because of COVID safe distancing measures and parking could be limited.

After new look, it become so popular and crowded. Many nice food stall, specially the soft nice chicken feet and fish all noodle.
