Singapore｜Detian Coffee Shop

This coffeeshop is bright and breezy with lots of fans. A few stalls are 24-hours so it's very good for late night cravings. We especially love the Yummy Fong Hup Koka Noodles. It's our top favourite for the soup dishes with rice or assorted noodles. The noodles are always so nicely cooked and the ingredients have a good mix. A new Western food stall Chops & Sear is not bad. We had the Grilled chicken chop with butter rice and Aglio olio. The chicken was really good and spaghetti was tasty and Al dente. The Yong Tau Fu is a hot favourite. Always a queue but I'm not a YTF fan so haven't tried. Roast meat stall has really juicy cha siew. I find the roast duck a tad dry but hubby likes it. Roast pork a bit hard for me. Haven't tried the chai fun - also popular. Zhi cha is quite good. They also have a one dish plate which is quite practical for dining alone. Love the convenience of the place.

This Coffeeshop has a wide selections of local food ranging from Yong Tau Hu, Chicken Rice, Western Food, Noodles, Zi Cha and Economy Rice too! Parking can be a problem at peak hours in front of the Detian Coffeeshop. However there are extra parking available at the back too! The noodles is good and tasty. Western food is also strongly recommended!

The DeTian Koka noodles and me hoon kuih serves probably the best ban-mian soup. Me hoon kuih IMO is the best I’ve tasted. Me hoon kuih has to be hand flatten dough with a chewy texture. Soup has be contain anchovies stock. Love it.
