Ordered from the handmade fishball store, the medium mee kia dry noodles, good amount of fish balls, sliced pork, fried sliced fish cake, fish dumpling, and spiced fish paste, all the fish balls/cake are handmade, I can taste the freshness of the ingredients used, the soup also has that freshness integrated in. Biting into the fish balls, the skin has that spongey texture, the inside has their salty marinate with fresh ingredients, refreshing experience to not have that processed taste and bouncy texture that most other fishball noodles uses. Adding the chilli (not chilli padi) adds that spicy tinge experience, careful not to add the soya sauce provided as it will make the noodles and soup overly salty. Even the sliced meat is tender, not over cooked tough, overall satisfying eating experience.

The mee Pok stall has a pretty long queue. I tried the lontong , it's good except a bit oily. I tapoa the ikan Pari Assam pedas with rice and vegetables for my lunch. Overall, quite good.

Fantastic Fishball noodles stall that serves you a spiced up meepok with A decent helpings of ingredients. Well fried chye tao kueh is pretty good And not that oily. The Malay couple dish Up decent nasi padangs($$$) with lontongs, mee rebus etc slightly good too. Wanton noodles quite ok. But the beverages like coffee n teh is better than most that I hv tried.
