More Comments at Google MapOrdered the chilli frog leg, la la soup, nyonya chap chye and salted vegetables for around $42 for 3 pax. I highly recommend the frog leg and nyonya chap chye as they are always deliciously cooked with generous amounts of ingredients (all their other dishes are also very filling and delicious too)! Food is always served piping hot too so that’s a plus point! Occasionally, there will be new dishes like the la la soup which was delicious too. Price is definitely affordable and worthwhile. They also issue a rewards card which you can collect stamps and redeem a free dish!
I would say most of the food are delicious except the squid, because it’s frozen squid, it’s chewy and tasteless. Other than that, all the dishes are yummy. I like the herbal soup and ngo heang. Service is fast. There is free claypot sesame oil chicken after accumulated 10 stamps. There is queue during dinner time, try to visit before 6pm. Price is definitely affordable.
Our to-go place for a satisfying claypot meal. So many dishes to choose from, but we always fall back onto the usual suspects - super mala chicken (very spicy, very shiok!), herbal fish soup (with large and thick chunks of fish), nonya chap chye (very fragrant and not too salty) and sambal kang kong (yummy sambal and lots of kangkong). Servings here are rather generous, so we are always exploding after a meal. The service is efficient and the servers are friendly. Just that the seating area is rather cramped, and the inside is pretty stuffy. Food is affordable and still worth a visit.
