Anyone who loves fried Hokkien mee will remember this stall. Haven’t had this for more than 10 years. And it taste just as good. Though queue appears long, it is surprisingly not that long a wait. This is because the boss cook the noodles in a big batch. The old lady taking orders is also very friendly.

Yumm yumm, this Hokkien Mee is really good, no joke. Great amount of wok hey and full of umami, noodle are well cooked, soft and creamy at the same time. Definitely Michelin Starred Worthy.

A simple plate of hokkien mee full of wok hei and umami flavor. Add in a squeeze of lime for that freshness and zest. The noodles were coated in prawn stock. The dish comes with prawns, squid and bits of pork. Mix all of those together you have a hearty comfort food. You can tell how good this stall is by the queue. It’s worth it.
