The distance from this coffee shop to Clementi Mall is about 400 metres. There’s a covered walkway all the way to the mall. When you reach the mall it’s the 3rd floor already. Probably one of the longest ramp in Clementi( where there are many spectacular ramps including the 3 storey ramp next MRT station to the road below as mentioned in my other post). There’s another coffee shop just 10 metres away in this tiny building . There’s another coffee shop next to Clementi Police Station about 30 metres away. It’s a common to see coffee shops every 100 metres in Clementi as there are a lot of students transiting from MRT station to universities and polytechnics nearby.

Great kopitiam to get your freshly made pancakes which comes with the ever classic peanut flavour! You may opt for the crispy version as well! Prices up to date is $1.10 per piece. Another stall I like is the yam cake & glutinous rice prepared in traditional way. You may opt for individual at $2 per piece or both at $3. Portion is enough to fill my stomach. Hope this stall will not be affected by inflation.

I ordered Saba and terriyaki set at The japanese and Korean cuisine here and it taste good, prices here is ok also for japanese and Korean cuisine, service is not bad as well, keep it up!
