Tastes way better than it looks and they'll ask if you want it with or without milk. Fish was fresh and cooked well very tasty and rich flavor and is definitely on the top of my fish soup list. They even cut off the skin for you which is a plus. The fried fish is a must-try. The service was great and a rather clean place which brought back abit of nostalgic vibes with the seating being at a void deck, will definitely be back!

Like what others have mentioned, expect snaking queues if you're not early. Having said that, the queue is in the path of a wind tunnel so it's really cooling. Food is really good but I would recommend the fresh slice fish as opposed to the fried version, simply because you can taste it better. Also, I observed the fried fish comes in a bowl, a good 1/3 is the fried batter bits with no fish inside. It's still really good but fresh slice version is better. Soup was excellent also. Definitely worth coming back again but it may be difficult without a car.

Go early if you wanna avoid the queue. Fried fish is a must order! If you’re in lucky you may get a chance to add on their fish stomach (belly meat) 😋 They added ginger and herbs in the soup, resulting in savory, delightful and tasty broth.
