Singapore｜XLX Modern Tze Char 新龙兴海鲜 @ Yishun Park Hawker

We ordered Minced Meat Beancurd ($12), Shrimp Omelette ($8), Garlic Baby Kailan ($8) and Lemon Grass Pork Rib ($15). These are dishes we usually order from other Tze Char stalls. Except for the Kailan, the other dishes tasted slightly different from other Tze Char stalls but in a good way. All the dishes were good, non oily and tasty. The only problem was the time between the first and last dish served was 10-12min, which made the meal less enjoyable. Visited a 2nd time. This time food came fast and all dishes were served within 2 minutes.

Chilli Crayfish Horfun Interesting option. Would have preferred crabmeat but it wasn't available. Nonetheless, pretty shiok. Sauce is on the watery side.

Favourite Hor Fun in Yishun. The Hor fun here come with lala and prawns which is different from the usual type which come with lean meat and fish cake. This Hor Fun also come with good wok hey and the ingredients are fresh. Only thing to improve probably is the gravy can be more starchy.
