More Comments at Google MapCame across this stall that sell Thai fusion Nasi Lemak. Ordered set 2 which is the Nasi Lemak with fried chicken thigh and egg. I quite like the blue pea rice because there was a nice coconut aroma and the mango salad is something new on a Nasi Lemak to me. It’s sweet, refreshing, not overly sourish too, and it has a pleasant pairing with the sambal chilli and blue pea rice. The chicken thigh was freshly fried and it was very tender and delicious! Overall I’ve enjoyed this Nasi Lemak and definitely will be back to try their Thai Basil rice! ☺️ **And don’t forget your Kopitiam card to enjoy further 10% off. 😆
Tried out a few dishes from this place. The first thing that strikes you is the blue colour rice. The blue colour came from lavender. The lavender lend a interesting and unique flavour to the rice. Definitely an interesting take and we think it goes nicely with the rest of the ingredients. The chickens cutler is a whole chicken thigh. It is juicy and tasty. They fried until it is crispy on the outside. Good chilli. Came with prawn crackers too. Five stars for this dish. Also ordered the pineapple fried rice. Nice. Choked full of flavour. Another five stars. Also had the fried dory fish in sweet and sour sauce. Fresh fish. Nicely fried and then doused in generous amount of sauce. Tasty and well balanced flavour. Another five stars. Next we also ordered the grilled chicken thigh. For this we gave only four stars because the flavour is not that deep. Lack of flavour. Yeah, we ordered takeaway. They packed all the sets in nice brown paper box. No drop in flavour for takeaway. Useful during this pandemic/endemic period. Overall good experience. Can try.
Awesome Authentic Thai Cuisine tucked away in Yishun. What a rare find. The Basil Chicken, TomYum soup are such a rare find outside of the land of smiles. Now I know where to go to satisfy my craving for Thai food during this lockdown times. 👍 well done
