We came here to satiate my Bak Kut Teh cravings. The Prime Cut Rib Bak Kut Teh was a standout, boasting tender and succulent ribs immersed in a peppery broth that left a comforting warmth in every sip. Equally tantalizing was the Sliced Pork Soup, a delectable option for those who prefer a leaner cut, yet still filled with rich peppery goodness. Complementing the main stars were delightful side dishes like the Silky Steamed Egg, a smooth and velvety delight, and the refreshing Salted Vegetables and Chilled Cucumber Salad, providing a perfect balance to the hearty meal. You Tiao was a perfect accompaniment to soak up the essence of the peppery soup.

Ya Hua Bak Kut Teh @yahuabkt previously located at Jalan Jurong Kechi has recently shifted across the road to 7th Mile CoffeeShop at Toh Yi Drive One of my favourite place for Bak Kut Teh, their Signature Prime Cut Ribs is soft & tender, served with rich peppery soup that is not overpowering. Best eaten with a bowl of rice or Mee Sua. Other signature dishes includes the Sliced Pork Soup that is incredibly tender and melts-in-your-mouth Braised Pork Trotter Silky Steamed Egg, Crunchy Chilled Cucumber Salad, Soft and Flavourful Braised Peanuts, Salted Vegetables and more are great sides dishes to complete the meal. They used to be at the corner shop but they moved over to the coffee shop across the road. BKT is yummy. Their steam egg is really good.
