Singapore｜Founder Bak Kut Teh @ Foch Road

Hot and hearty meal for a low low price. I got a set meal for around $10, it was delicious. The bak kut the was hearty and peppery, and the 2 ribs were so tender I could pull it apart with my chopsticks. Bean curd was soft and salty and soaked up all the flavour of soy sauce, sliced mustard was mildly sweet and cut through the fattiness of the soup. The egg was a little flavourless but quite alright, and the rice was cooked to perfection. For a meal under $10, it's definitely one of the better value and delicious meals I've had. It's a must try if you happen upon it!
