Singapore｜Han Jia Bak Kut Teh Pork Leg

My go to whenever I have craving for Braised pork leg. Meat is tender. The sauce is flavourful but not salty, goes perfectly with a bowl of rice.

Gotta be the best black sauce pig trotter and bak kut teh in Singapore. Have been eating here for over 15 years. Standard and cooking still the same. The slow braised pig leg (fatty) is so good and tender that it melts in your mouth. This is one dish that you have must steam rice to go along. The perfect comfort food. Although the hawker Centre has many fans to keep you cool, the heat in Sg can be a little uncomfortable if you are in your office attire. Go in your shorts and tshirts.

Visited on a late morning weekday, plenty of parking lots. The bkt was great, tender off the bone meat, flavourful soup, definitely 1 of the best in Singapore. Ordered the $9.90 set that comes with rice, braised tofu, beancurd skin and 1 braised egg. Will come back for more!
