Singapore｜UYA 炭焼活鰻料理 (Novena)

We enjoyed the nicely grilled eel and refreshing salmon skin salad. The restaurant is located in a quiet corner of the Novena medical hub. We have visited several times and the food quality has been very consistent and the staff are friendly.

Went there for lunch with my colleague. It was not crowded. The unagi was probably the best I've tried in sg. We ordered a large set and shares. Items were generally pricey though. The deep fried cheese was very nice too. But expensive for about 5 pieces.

We were lured by the smell. Decided to check it out as this was newly opened as I was told. It was probably one of the best unagi in Singapore for sure..The crispy skin was grilled to perfection with a little charred. 😍 Meat was tender and juicy. There was second topping of rice if you are still hungry..why not with those succulent meats infront of you? Service was great. Only let down, was the larger tables which can be quite noisy, due to the bigger crowd during dinner time.
