Singapore｜Pizza Hut Delivery - Toa Payoh 2

Placed a wrong order on pizza hut’s app. Went for self-collection. Firstly, the lady plus her team at the counter were friendly even though it was Wee hours. Service was fast and they were so understanding to help us amend the order, assuring us that they will send an email to the head office to adjust the order and explanation. Really appreciate her assistance and patience with us. Thank you so much!!!

Supportive staff who pick up the call and help to customise based on my request due to the website is missing the customise section. Tracking the delivery process is not user friendly.

Standard waiting time to get my order is 15 minutes and I got my order before then. Quick and friendly staff. They provide good service even for takeaway customers.
