Singapore｜A Cube Bistro

Very nice dinner and chef Richard was really nice n spoke to us about his journey and food. The staff are also very polite and change our plates frequently . Every dish was fabulous and definitely deserve a shout out. Nice ambience. Just that parking a bit hard to find. W b back to try the other dishes.

Both hubby and I are picky eaters and agree the pork belly is so good. Super crispy skin and moist meat. Later on the chef came out and told us the pork belly was tenderised for 5 days, oven baked at low temperature over a water bath with vegetables to induce the aroma and moisture into the meat. Never know my estate can house such award-worthy food people!

The food at A Cube Bistro is good! Especially the pizza, the taste was on point & suited my tastebuds. Environment is also very nice and the staffs were very attentive. The food was also served quickly as well. Only down side is the table a little small cause it can’t fit three dishes 🤣 but overall was a great dining place and will definitely be back to try out more pizzas!!
