This is the place to go for authentic wood fired pizzas. Used to be a customer at their Icon Village outlet which is closed now. Glad that they opened here which is nearer for me. It is still as good as I remembered, so juicy and you know they use quality ingredients. The burata pizza was excellent. Great service as well, will definitely be back.

Great Italian style pizzas here along with great happy hour! The pizzas are baked to perfect crisp in a wood-fired oven. Vibes on Friday nights are spot on too.

First visit to Holland Bar Le Operatta tonight. Went there to try out as I have the Entertainer apps that entitles me for a 1-1 main course. To my delight, both the food and service were excellent. Ordered the Milano Pizza and Spaghetti Frutti Dr Mare (seafood pasta). Both dishes were delicious but the pizza is superb. Love the crust as it was baked in a Neapolitan pizza oven. Generous toppings on the pizza, love it. Also ordered a soup of the day, tomato soup but it's not to my liking as I like the thick and creamy type of tomato soup. And the happy hour is good value too. Ordered pint of Menabrea beer (Italian) at $10++ and a glass of Barossa Valley Shiraz at $8++. Both the servers attending to us were courteous and attentive. They even brought an empty bowl for us to place the empty shells from the mussels and clams. (not many restaurants provide this little touch) Overall, a very enjoyable dinner and will defintely revisit even without the 1-1 offer. *only remember to take pic of pizza. 😋
