What a lovely and delicious evening out in Singapore. Service was what you would expect from a 3* establishments. All the dishes, from the butter to the pigeon, were out of this world. The staff was well orchestrated and did a great job of providing information on each dish and engaging us in conversation throughout the evening. Having been fortunate enough to dine at other 2 & 3* restaurants around the globe I would put this in my top 3 in a very close race with Mudec in Milan for number 1 and edging out French Laundry in terms of the menu. I will definitely try to secure another reservation next time I'm in Singapore.

Odette has always been on my to-try list and this year I was treated to a birthday dinner here! An amazing French experience savoring the 7-course meal. We were totally impressed by the presentation as well as the flavour of each dish. Not to mention the excellent and attentive service by the crew! It was also nice of them to gift a bottle of strawberry jam for every guest. An unforgettable meal, or rather gourmet journey at this 3-starred michelin.
