Singapore｜Honolulu Cafe - The Centrepoint (HK Cha Chaan Teng)

Had the all-day breakfast, the coffee polo bun and a coffee. Service was swift, with all food served within minutes of ordering. Their all-day breakfast serving was generous it consisted of a slice of buttered toast, scrambled eggs, 2 sausages, 3 slices of ham and a salad. The food wasn't too salty and was overall well seasoned. The coffee was the typical HK Cafe type, nothing much to complain about. However, the coffee polo bun didn't live up to its name. Although it's of darker shade of brown, there were no hint of coffee taste or even smell. It tasted just like an ordinary polo bun. Would have been better to try just the original. Overall, a good HK cafe place for authentic food.

In the basement of Centrepoint Mall, this lovely cafe is hidden away. If you miss traveling to HK, come down and try their milk tea, hot drinks, tarts, and French toast ☕️🫖 We ate here after walking through Orchard Road’s 2023 Christmas decorations. Centrepoint is connected to Somerset through underpass. Although finding the stall in the Centrepoint basement was a little tricky. We had the Hot Yuan Yang, Cold Milk Tea, Cold Watercress Tea, and one Signature Crispy Egg Tart. Since it’s December, and high tea time, the basement of Centrepoint was quite empty. The quiet is a nice refrain from the walk down Orchard Road. The milk in the Yuan Yang and Milk Tea is the real HK deal. The staff were also friendly and receptive, and could converse in English as well as Mandarin. Come and visit and have a hot drink this rainy December! 🎄🎁☕️ We will return again ⭐️💐

Ordered the Honolulu sandwich and their iced coffee. The iced coffee is normal (acceptable) but the sandwich is nice. The portion is rather huge and it should make one feel filling. Spent $14.15 for these 2 items. I thought the pricing (even adding on with the GST and service charge) is affordable overall.
