Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜Little New York Pizzeria Zhongshan 小紐約 中山

As a native New Yorker I can verify this place is authentic. Crust and texture was spot on. I also appreciated that they included grated parmesian cheese and crushed red peppers (which were surprisingly spicy). Only thing missing was granulated garlic for the perfect NY pizza touch. Service was friendly and the waitress was helpful in answering my questions. I got the 12'' with half pepperoni and half meatballs. Both were mind blowing good and I don't think I will bother trying any other pizza places in Taipei during my month here since I don't think it can get better then this. Only feedback is that I wanted more water but the seating area where people sit when dining alone is not in waitress view so I couldn't get her attention.

Ordered the New Yorker Pizza, Garlic Knots and Carbonara. The food is delicious especially the garlic knots (eat it when it’s hot) the carbonara was a little bit bland in the beginning but after a few bites the flavor starts to kick in🤌🏻 For the pizza itself, it tastes pretty decent and 12” is enough for 2 people.

The pizza was fantastic! We also tried the salad and the fish&chips, which were very good too, with super fresh ingredients. Super nice owner and staff!
