Good service,big chicken 🍗

I am giving 5 stars for the managers efficiency in handling my case. 1st time in seremban, who dealt with the problem of waiting. We ordered the new kfc lays chicken from the kiosk. We apparently waited for 40mins and later on were advised that the chicken will take another half an hour. I asked for a full refund and spoke to the manager about my frustration. Being a heavy and a busy merdeka day, the manager still had a smile at 4pm and handled my scenario very well. She not only refunded the money but also gave us a set of chicken as gesture of an apology. The managers name is (Suvania)

To be honest, the taste and chicken of this KFC are better than those of other KFCs. I usually come here when I want to eat, unlike the one in Sikamat where I didn’t want to go after eating it once. The chicken was small and dry. fried chicken here is more delicious in seremban town for me.
