Found two dead flies on the second floor when eating. Ruined my appetite. The service is so slow...even though I only ordered the rm11.99 rice meal they took a long time to prepare it. Besides, the rice is also kinda watery. Apart from that, there are less than 5 chicken popcorns in the chicken popcorn bowl meal👎 It's pretty calming to eat here when there's not a lot of people here tho edit: it's been 2 weeks since I wrote this review and I can confirm that they improved their service. glad to see it. the new (cashier) is very friendly and helpful as well. few days ago, other staffs were busy preparing online orders. then she came in and prepared my meal. great service

Plenty of parking lots available. Have Ground and 1st Floor available for Dine-In patrons. For a surprise its empty on 1st floor. Usually there will be queue for orders and take-away. Decislded to try the new KFC's Lay's BBQ Combo 2pc and classic cheesy wedges. But all the sides, drink, ice-cubes and cheesy wedges were availble as there will be some of the items were not available eversince lockdown for the last 2 years on many KFC outlets. The chicken is crispy, fried well and tasty as well. The wedges also nice. Got the feeling that KFC/Serdang Perdana Branch is on right track. Haven't try the Lay's Hot & Spicy potato chips yet. Even saw some efforts from KFC to improve its services and quality from customer feedbacks. Good job! Thanks for the reading 🙏🏽
