Kfc should hire more people here. When I arrived at about 6.15pm, there's only this one nice lady doing everything at the counter. She's handled everything nicely eventhough it was a bit slow.

service was improved then before. keep it up! and maintain good quality service ♥︎

I received a last minute call this morning that KFC Senai Taman Impiana were are unable to process my orders even though I have paid deposit the day before. The orders arrangement for self collect was 12pm and I received the call at 10.30am. In a panic stage as am accountable for 27 pax lunch, I rushed to KFC Petronas Senai Airport to let him know the situation. I would like to thank En M. Fadly and his team members who are able to cater to my dire straits requests at the very last minute. Awesome and efficient team members. Keep up the team effort.
