Vietnamese food has less oil, less frying, and more vegetables, which is very healthy. Personally, I think the signature bread is a must! 😋😋😋 The bread is baked very crispy. The vegetables and ham in it are simple but without losing the flavor. The soup of Vietnamese Beef Pho is very fresh and sweet, because a lot of green onions are added. At the same time, the slippery pho with tender slices of beef is definitely a top pairing. Hue Beef Hor Fun is also good, the slightly spicy soup is very appetizing, and the beef is also very springy. Vietnamese raw spring rolls are wrapped in a layer of transparent skin with shrimp, chicken, rice noodles, vegetables and basil, and then dipped in a special sauce, which makes the plain spring rolls more special! The Avocado and Soursop Smoothie is ground directly from the fruit for a rich and aromatic flavour.

October 2023 Tried their food through delivery platform and in store, both was great! Im usually not the type to eat bean sprouts but this really got me finishing them! Here's are a few items that i got - VN Milk Coffee (9/10) Tasted balanced and not diluted, slightly different from your usual coffee which is a good thing! Had to try this out due to my friend raving about how good viet coffee are. Price was on average for a coffee. - Saigon Special Bread (10/10) As usual with their banmi, the baguette is crsipy and soft at just the right amount, it falls apart when u take a bite and doesnt break a teeth. As for their ingredients, i believe theres ham, sausage meat slices? some egg, cucumber, meat, carrots and some mint with coriander i believe. This tasted slightly peppery with a hint of freshness and eggyness from the eggs but all together blended so well. Ive tried their other banmi and theyre all equally delicious as well. -Hue style beef noodle soup (7/10) This was soooo good and spicy! Can taste a bit too salty near the end but its actually quite a big portion imo, their meat portion was not stingy, top off with 2 slices of ham slices? this comes with sides of taugeh, lettuce and lime with some chili. Service was good, felt welcomed and great atmosphere, love the decor as well, somehow make you feel as if youre in vietnam. Parking can be slightly hard to find if you want to park close the the restaurant but overall its a good experience! Can be quite pricey but defo worth a visit once in a while

I love Vietnamese food and came here to try out theirs. Ordered Veggie Rice Vermicelli, Vietnamese Coffee, Ambra Juice and a Tiramisu. Veggie Rice Vermicelli came with a peanut sauce to pour and mixed in. They are generous with the ingredients and the shredded vegetables are really fresh. The Vietnamese Black Coffee was really aromatic, taste great without sugar or milk. I believed they made their tiramisu themselves as its in a soup bowl. Their marcapone cheese layer is really firm and I like it alot. Overall I love all that I ordered here and will recommend people who love vietnamese food here.
