The pho using a stone bowl is such a good idea . Keeps the soup hot for cooking the beef and vegetables . Taste is awesome

It was a surprising find in a residential area. Authentic, tasty, comfortable, raring to try the other offerings. Parking was easy, service was attentive. The beef pho was served with a boiling pot of soup in a stone bowl. Rare pieces of beef, Vietnamese noodles and aromatics are plated separately so that you can add the items into the boiling soup. Nice dramatics and opportunity for diners to control how they like their beef done. For those initiated add a bit of the Vietnamese fish sauce to the soup to enhance the taste; everyone has a different taste palate. The Bhanh Mi was crispy and tasty with the addition of pork floss. It would have been super good if there were pate and more ham like what you would get in Hanoi. The Vietnamese iced milk coffee is to die for. If you are looking for a Vietnamese coffee kick, you'll get it here!

What a surprise tasty Vietnam restaurant located in this area!! Super friendly staff and cosy environment. Wished I could order more because all looks tasty. Tried the spicy stone noodle with beef is beyond expectation. Spring roll and Vietnam iced milk coffee are excellent too. I will come again for sure
