Hi, just sharing my part of experience here at this particular Pizza Hut. The date today is 7th October 2023 (Saturday), and here’s my honest review. 🫡 We arrived at the restaurant around 1pm, and there were small numbers of people dining when we arrived. So we sat, placed our orders, and received everything within 20 minutes. The food was nice and delicious, nothing particularly extraordinary but it is as we could expect from a franchise. The two Malay girl waiters were particularly nice and helpful, and they keep us checked if there’s any meal that we haven’t received, and is very generous with smiles that we could notice even behind the mask. 😁 After finishing our meal, the Indian manager, with her cheerful voice, asked if we had good time dining there, which we surely did. She also asked to comment if the new Mac&Cheese that we ordered were delicious or not, and being the frank guy, asked for more cheese but complimented the new menu. 👍 All I’m saying is, I did read the review of this particular Pizza Hut before entering, and really had low expectations due to the overwhelming bad reviews, but me and my wife just kept open mind and was generally shocked with the service that we received while dining here. Soo, to cut the story short, maybe try to keep open mind before deciding after reading the bad reviews, and maybe you’ll be proven false just like I did. Kudos to the manager and waiters and Pizza Hut, we did enjoy our time there. ✌️

I have read a few bad reviews when I decided to write. I guess the management took a good action. My experience with this outlet, the pizza so puffy and good, I ordered stuff crust cheese The garlic bread fresh and crunch Soups thick nice The manager Nur, I can see the manager managed the staff well The young and small malay girl and indian girl (sorry to mentioned race and physical, just that the management need to know whom) I don't see their name tags. They both are so good. Lack of manpower, but they both works like a supergirls Kudos to the good team I wish them all the best and keep it up.

My children choice of the best Pizza Hut in the town. We love the staffs here, always smiling, very friendly and attentive. As one of the busiest branch because of it's prime location inside the Mid Valley Mall, they all manage to handle the crowd and stress. The foods also taste better compared to other branch and I don't know why. Kudos to the Manager; Nur. All of them from the ktichen to the cashier are the most valuable asset of the branch. And I agree that the management need to take care of their staff by hiring more manpower.
