I came with my family for dinner to fulfill my son's request The friendly welcome when entering the restaurant, the guidance when ordering food and the patient and friendly service, the staff tried their best to fulfill my request, the extra service by bringing all the necessities to our table before I asked to request was beyond my expectations. The food arrived on time and was very satisfying for our family. We really enjoyed the dinner. Closing it as when we walked away from the dining table, we heard a thank you from the staff and an invitation for us to visit again. This is our first experience receiving the best hospitality and service from Pizza Hut staff. Thank you to the restaurant staff for the best service on the night of 11.11.2023. It is the most beautiful memory when I first came to Ampang point. Congratulations to the management of Pizza Hut for having the best staff who are very enthusiastic and very sincere when providing service.

I usually don't review fast food restaurant but I need to review this because the service by the staff Ahmad Hatta was impeccable. Just like what other reviewers mentioned there was only 3 staffs tending to the lunch crowd on a weekend but they tried their best. Not once I saw them idling. They were making the pizza, the drinks , the soup , packing for those who ordered as delivery and still cater to the dine-in. Yes food service was slow but he came apologizing and offered mushroom soups on the house as service recovery.... I mean what else can he do if he has limited number of staffs so I thought the service recovery and sincerity were genuine. Maybe the Pizza hut higher management already did their study and can only hire 2 to 3 staffs at that time of day. Someone need to give these staffs a raise !
