Enjoy till the last bite of Pizza huts delicious pizzas

This is phd (delivery) and I don't know why so many people complaining about their service (especially carry out ppl), but I think they will care walk-in customer more than delivery so sometimes I feel guilty if they're busy cooking delivery's meals while there's so many customer who walked in. I witnessed some people complaining their meals doesn't done yet but there's still bunch of delivery boxes in the kitchen that the delivery who ordered first/came first before the walked in person 🤷 so just don't pressure them especially in BUSY HOURS. I can feel them, I also work at a food premise (***)
