I ordered delivery through Domino's website, but my order didn't arrive even when the website says "delivery success". I had trouble with the website and signal service. I called customer service repeatedly but no one seemed to pick up. I really started to panic since I'm not sure whether or not I can get a refund. I almost can't receive my delivery order until I WhatsApp the delivery man who turns out to be the store manager. He patiently reviewed my problems and provided me with a great solution. He delivered the pizza within the next 20 mins. He made sure to keep in touch with me until I received my order. Really thank you Sir.
