Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia｜Uroko Yakitori Sushi - Nova Saujana

I tried salmon sashimi from all around KL but this one is exceptionally fresh. The Uroko maki is a must-order, and the Una Tama maki was also really good. For appetisers, we tried the fugu mirin and it was so unique - I highly recommend it. The chawan mushi was good too. Environment wise, I found the ambiance really pleasing and the starry lights were so pretty. It’s definitely a good spot for any special occasions.

We have eaten here several times before, but this time four of us chose the omakase chef's special tasting menu. It was absolutely delicious with every course offering tantalising tastes and textures. Really superb meal and despite the many courses, we left satisfied but not over-stuffed.

We celebrated mom's birthday here in the private room 8 pax. Food is good. Service is good. Very enjoyable environment.
