24/11/23 7.19pm Sutera Branch Manager Hui Jing I want to praise her service spirit. I came here to eat kimchi pork in the past two weeks because I order it every time I come here. I must have eaten it more than 3 times. The pork that day was not fresh, so I ate some and left it there. After finishing the meal, I reported this problem to the waiter and went to the counter to pay without thinking too much. After I paid and got on the bus, I saw a staff member rushed out and came to my car and told me that she was the manager and wanted to handle my feedback. She said that the kimchi pork should be deducted from my bill by right, but I paid quickly. Soon she had no time to process it😂, so she gave me a voucher and asked me to rebate my next meal. One afternoon I received a call from Warakuya. The manager said that he had confirmed with the chef that the batch of pork was indeed not fresh and had reported it to the supplier. Thank you for my feedback and asked me to contact her to compensate for a kimchi next time I dine. Give me the pork. Yesterday I went to Xinge Sheng to enjoy dinner while singing. I contacted the manager and she remembered me and really quickly arranged for a replenishment of kimchi pork for me. (Of course I also ordered a lot of other food, not just this dish) I am also very grateful to her for allowing us consumers to enjoy the rights that consumers should have. Thank you for your service💯

We went with a family of 16, and the room still can accommodate as we have many kids. The food quality and taste were awesome 😍 services were good too

Warakuya Japanese Gardens serves high quality omakase at RM300 per person. It's definitely one of the most astounding experience I ever had. Their sashimi are very fresh. The service of the staff is very good. We got the VIP for the meal we ate. Seats are comfortable.
