I think some reviews were unfair about the place. People expect a bit too much. For me, compared to many other branches, the foods here were always up to par, never burnt, etc. Sauce and cutleries, never missed, just enough. Online system that always works. Good air conditioning and fairly clean. Theres always at least one worker in charge of cleaning at the dining area. They serve and say thank you ( a bit of a rarity nowadays) And yeah the wait was never that bad, not hellish ,or forgotten my order, never happened Tips: I try to come at non-peak hours, less hassle, its part of your effort to ensure a pleasant experience.

Comfort place to having my fast food on weekend and public holiday 😝 Rarely go during working days due to always no parking 😢
