Stumbled across this dessert place while stalling in Ximen without prior knowledge of what ratings or popular this place is. I got the tofu pudding with lemon juice. The taro balls and other toppings are extremely fresh and it’s unbelievable yummy! The friendliness of the owner is always a plus for me. I would definitely come back again when I am in the Ximen area.

The ice dessert at this store is very good. The red beans are nicely cooked and nice to chew. The taro is also cooked to a nice texture and is not too hard or too soft when eaten. The ice is also made with a nice flavor and is grinded to a nice soft texture, which makes the whole experience of eating this ice dessert very satisfying to the mouth.

If you're vegan looking to try local dessert - this is the place!! The taro balls with brown sugar ice is incredible! There's aloa other options to try, but this was our favorite one 👍
