Zhongzheng District, Taipei City｜Mercuries Beef Noodle Yanping Restaurant

Located near the hotel (Taipei Garden) which I was staying in. Restaurant was busy but managed to find seats during peak hours. Braised beef noodles was very delicious, perhaps the best I had in Taipei during my holiday week.

The best overall beef noodle soup place in taiwan. Their noodles are nice and bouncy. The soup is packed with flavor that makes you wanna chug it. They have a secret spicy butter you can put in that's to die for. The beef shank is the only "bad" thing about this place. While still fantastic, I've had better at other places. It lacks in texture and the soup doesnt fully penetrate through the beef. That being said, still 5 stars.

Three Shang Qiao Fu
